Trevor was an amazing guide and took into account my food allergies when ordering food for the whole group. He even gave me suggestions on where to go to buy peaches. I had been looking at various grocery stores throughout my travel and could not find any fresh ones. He pointed me in the right direction and I was able to find them. So thanks again Trevor.

We had a fantastic evening with Trevor, he took us to izakaya that we never would have otherwise gone into, and selected food that we probably wouldn't have chosen, and it was all outstanding! Trevor is a really knowledgable and personable host, and he made the night both informative and fun. We'd highly recommend him and this tour to anyone visiting Hiroshima. It was a great way to start our time in the city.

We had a great time with Alex! Our adult son and I were looking for a way to explore non tourist restaurants and learn more about the city, and the tour was exactly what we were looking for! We stopped in three different small restaurants and felt like locals while meeting people and having wonderful food. Alex was a great guide and all around good guy. Highly recommended!

The tour guide Trevor was excellent and his local knowledge was really helpful. The weather was pouring with rain but this did not stop the fun and getting from place to place under cover. Trevor mixed in with us very well and made us feel like we were just one big party. The food was an experience and for all of our group was something very new with some of the dishes. Certainly well worth doing and would strongly recommend, thanks Trevor.

Levi was awesome! We almost stayed after the tour just to hang out, but I was falling asleep on my feet. We had a great time eating, drinking, discussing Japanese history, language, and culture. If you have any questions about what to see in the city or about something you already visited he probably knows! He was also very kind and changed to a different restaurant for the last one because my feet were killing me and many of the small bars are standing only. I really appreciated his willingness to alter the plans!

A great private tour where you eat great food in Hiroshima in great places. 3 hours isn't too long and perfect for a night out. Kevin knew a lot about the food and it is very interesting to hear about the local food. One place was pretty hard to get into because there was no reservation beforehand. We had to come back several times before we finally got in. It was worth the wait but I think that it would be more smooth if there was a reservation beforehand (with the other food tours we did there were always reservations to avoid that there is no room for us). We lost some valuable time due to that. Conclusion is that it was a great food tour overall!

Trevor was an excellent host and showed me around to restaurants I would not have otherwise gone to! He was also quite engaging and knowledgeable about Hiroshima and its food scene. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is looking to get to know about Hiroshima and its food scene.
